(A) The Board of Directors hereby adopts the recruitment and retention incentive policy, described in the resolution herein incorporated, and directs the General Manager to include said policy in all necessary and appropriate District documents.
(B) The Board of Directors does hereby authorize the Salary and Benefits Committee to exercise the authority to approve any amount that exceeds the attached policy’s administrative authority if, in its judgement, the circumstances are appropriate.
