§ 23.052 ADOPTING A BOARD EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION POLICY.
   The Board of Directors hereby adopts the Board employee performance evaluation policy, described in the resolution herein incorporated, and directs the General Manager to include said policy in all necessary and appropriate District documents.
