§ 10.003 APPLICATION TO FUTURE ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
   All provisions of Title I compatible with future legislation shall apply to ordinances and resolutions hereafter adopted which amend or supplement this code unless otherwise specifically provided.
