(A) The Board of Directors of the Carmel Area Wastewater hereby adopts the budget for fiscal year 2023 through 2024 attached to Resolution 2023-34 incorporated herein as if set out in full.
(B) The Board of Directors of the Carmel Area Wastewater hereby adopts the CAWD/PBCSD reclamation project fiscal year budget 2023 through 2024 attached to Resolution 2023-29 incorporated herein as if set out in full.
