§ 41.016 REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATION FEE.
   The fee to allow and to administer the discharge in § 41.015 shall be $150 annually; however, that whenever, in the opinion of the General Manager, a special situation occurs wherein said fee is insufficient to cover the cost of providing said service, including, but not limited to, extraordinary discharges or discharges prior to making such registration, the General Manager may determine that the cost to the District is in excess of the established fee and may then increase the cost of the fee to an amount not more than four times the established fee.
