§ 40.036 EXCEPTION.

   This subchapter does not include any amount due for the use of sewers:

   (A)   Where the annexing landowner makes use of sewers installed pursuant to §§ 32.020 through 32.029; or

   (B)   Where the annexing landowner makes use of sewers that have been installed by landowners pursuant to contract with the Board of the District, subject to reimbursement by subsequent users of the sewer.
