§ 40.034 CHARGE FOR LAND THAT IS DIVIDED AND BURDEN INCREASES.
   Whenever land is divided or rezoned after annexation, if hereafter, so that the burden of the sanitary sewage facilities is increased, then an additional charge is to be determined by the Board.
