§ 40.007 WHEN CONTRIBUTIONS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD.
   If the land to be annexed is not subdivided and is not in the process of being subdivided and by law, construction of improvements in the area to be annexed is not limited to one single-family dwelling and two accessory buildings, then the amount of the contribution shall be determined by the Board.
