§ 40.005 CONTRIBUTION FOR LOTS EXCEEDING SINGLE-FAMILY AND TWO ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
   If it is provided by law that the construction on the aforesaid lots may exceed one single-family dwelling and two accessory buildings, then the amount of contribution shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
