If the aforesaid lot exceeds one acre in area, then the contribution shall be made at the rate of $250 per acre, and, in addition thereto, if the sewage disposal of the land annexed requires the use of the Carmel Valley primary trunk sewer line an additional contribution shall made at the rate of $300 per acre.
