Minimum standards for the design and construction of sewers within the District shall be in accordance with the latest edition of the Sanitary Sewer Standard Specifications and Details adopted by the Board, incorporated in Chapter 33. Copies are on file at the District office and on the District website. The General Manager and/or District Engineer, with the consent of the Board, may permit modifications or may require higher standards where unusual conditions are encountered.
