§ 36.031 TREATMENT OF WASTES REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge to any stream or watercourse any sewage, industrial wastes, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with provisions of this chapter and other applicable District ordinances.
