(A) The owner or plumber doing the work shall be solely and completely responsible for condition of the job site, including safety of all persons and property during performance of the work. This requirement shall apply continuously and not be limited to normal working hours.
(B) The services of the District in conducting construction review of the owner’s or plumber’s performance is not intended to include review of the adequacy of the owner’s or plumber’s work methods, equipment, bracing or scaffolding or safety measures in, on or near the construction site. All work and materials used shall be in accordance with all applicable city, county, state and federal rules, regulations and codes.
