(A) Property owners shall be held responsible for any and all acts of agents or employees performed under this chapter by virtue of his or her or their permit. Upon being notified by the inspector of any defect arising therefrom in the work performed or of any violation of this chapter, the person or persons having charge of said work shall immediately correct the same.
(B) The property owner shall warrant and guarantee to the District to correct any defects in a building lateral or public sewer for a period of one year after completion.
