§ 36.006 PURPOSE.
   This chapter is intended to provide rules and regulations for the use and construction of sanitary sewer facilities installed, altered or repaired within the District. This chapter applies retroactively to existing installations where the existing installation did not conform to the ordinance in effect at time of installation.
