§ 20.037 AUTHORITY TO REQUEST DISBURSEMENTS; APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF FUNDING POLICY.
   The Board of Directors hereby approves and authorizes:
   (A)   The delegation of authority to request disbursements from the state employers’ pension prefunding trust and authorizes the Board President to execute; and
   (B)   Approves the certification of funding policy and authorizes the General Manager to execute.
