§ 20.035 AGREEMENT TO PREFUND EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS TO A DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLAN.
   The Board of Directors hereby approves and authorizes the Board President to sign the CalPERS agreement and election to prefund employer contributions to a defined benefit pension plan.
