§ 20.002 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   BOARD. The governing board of the District.

   DISTRICT. The Carmel Area Wastewater District.

   EMPLOYEE. Any person employed by the District, except those under contract or agreement.

   SECRETARY. Secretary to the Board of Directors.
