Any person who files a complaint or otherwise initiates a foreclosure involving real property located within the corporate limits of the Municipality shall notify the Zoning Official of the filing of the foreclosure complaint, within ten days after filing the complaint with the relevant court, by filing with the Zoning Official a complete copy of the complaint and the contact name, address and phone number of the complainant.
