1060.07 REFUSE COLLECTION FUND.

There is hereby established a separate fund to be known as the Refuse Collection Fund for the Municipality, under the authority of Ohio R.C. 715.43. Regular collections for garbage service shall be deposited in such Fund and shall be used to defray the cost of such service to the users thereof.
