1060.05 COLLECTION OF RATES AND CHARGES.

The rates and charges established in this chapter shall be collected by the Municipality from owners, occupants and users of premises within the Municipality from and after January 1, 1987. If such rates and charges are not paid when due, they shall be collected in such manner as are other Municipal corporation taxes. (Ord. 12-13. Passed 7-9-13.)
