1060.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   “Animal offal” means all parts of dead animals not intended to be used as food for humans.
   (b)   “Garbage” means all refuse of animal, fish, fowl and vegetable matter, which matter is used or intended to be used for food for humans.
   (c)   “Refuse” means the remainder of substances reduced by fire, and also bottles, cans and other articles of debris capable of being enclosed in ordinary containers thereof, not larger than a capacity of thirty gallons and not exceeding seventy-five pounds in weight.
