Separate preliminary plans for each utility shall be submitted in accordance with the following:
(a) Each preliminary plan shall show the lot layout and overall water supply and/or sanitary sewerage systems, including connections to existing facilities.
(b) The size of preliminary plans shall be in multiples of six inches and shall not exceed thirty six inches by forty eight inches.
(c) The scale for preliminary plans shall be either one inch equals 100 feet or one inch equals 200 feet.
(d) Preliminary plans shall show existing contours with intervals of five feet where the slope is greater than ten percent, two feet where the slope is less than ten percent and one foot where the slope is flat.
(e) Preliminary plans shall be revised to "as built" condition with the completion of each section and shall be resubmitted with a request for approval of each additional section.
