(a) Temporary interruptions of sanitary sewer service by the Municipality may be necessary for improvements or repairs. Wherever possible, and as time permits, all consumers will be notified prior to the interruption. Should an interruption occur, every reasonable effort will be made to restore service within a reasonable length of time.
(b) The Municipality hereby expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for damage caused by, or arising from, any interruption of sewerage service.
