(a) No person other than an authorized agent of the Municipality shall attempt to make any type of connection to the sanitary sewerage system without permission of the Water Division and the Sewer Division. To do so shall constitute a tampering violation, which carries the penalty provided in Section 642.26 of these Codified Ordinances, and shall also constitute due cause for discontinuance of sewer service.
(b) No act shall be permitted that would hamper or restrict in any way the normal function of the sanitary sewerage system.
