(a) Unless otherwise provided, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Sections 1034.01 through 1034.13 shall be subject to revocation or suspension of permits and/or licenses granted hereunder and, further, shall be liable and responsible for any and all damage incurred as a result of such violation.
(c) Whoever violates Section 1034.14 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.
