1034.29 WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

There is hereby established a separate fund to be known as the Water Capital Improvement Fund of the Municipality. Regular collections for water connection and tap-in charges shall be deposited in such Fund, to be used for improvement of the water infrastructure of the Municipality.
