1034.28 WATER FUND.

There is hereby established, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 729.52, a separate fund to be know as the Water Fund of the Municipality. Regular collections for water service shall be deposited in such Fund, to be used to defray the cost of such service to the users thereof.
