1034.22 WASTING WATER.

Water is a precious commodity which is made available by the Municipality for the purpose of preserving and promoting the public health and welfare and of providing fire protection. No person shall deliberately waste water by allowing it to flow from any hydrant or faucet which is connected to the public water supply such water is not being used.
