1034.20 GUARANTEE OF SUPPLY.
   (a)   The Municipality does not guarantee a continuous supply or fixed pressure of water but will, in the case of interruption of service, endeavor to notify affected consumers.
   (b)   Persons or entities who or which maintain operations dependent upon a continuous supply or fixed pressure of water should maintain a sufficient storage of water to operate for a reasonable length of time. The length of time of such storage capacity must be determined by the user for his or her specific needs.
   (c)   In the case of a serious fire or a water shortage, or when for any cause it is necessary to conserve the water supply by limiting the use thereof, such an order shall be made by the Municipality and shall be obeyed by all consumers of water affected by such order. The Municipality shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from any such limited use.
