1034.03 CONTROL OF WATER SYSTEM.

The operation, maintenance, and repair of the waterworks and water supply system of the Municipality and the construction, use, maintenance, and repair of water mains, service lines, curb cocks, and water meters shall be under the supervision of and shall be the responsibility of the Service Director or his designee.
