1032.14 PERMITS AND APPROVALS REQUIRED; FALSIFICATION.

No person shall tamper with or attempt to use facilities provided by the Municipality without first obtaining the necessary permits and approvals. No person shall obtain a permit or approval based upon a false statement made in order to deceive the Municipality.
