1032.04 EFFECTIVE DATE OF REGULATIONS.

These Water and Sewer Regulations shall become effective on the date of adoption of Ordinance 9-87 (March 9, 1987). From and after such effective date, any other rules and/or regulations previously adopted by Council shall be deemed to be replaced and declared void.
