1032.03 OPERATION AND CONTROL OF WATER AND SEWERAGE SYSTEMS.

The public water supply and sewerage systems of the Municipality, including all appurtenances, shall be under the operation and control of the Municipality and its authorized agents and employees. Such authority shall include control of all phases and fixtures of such systems to the ultimate point of metered consumption or from the point of usage.
