1030.19 NONENFORCEMENT AND WAIVERS BY MUNICIPALITY.

The permittee shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter by reason of any failure of the Municipality or to enforce prompt compliance. However, the Director may in individual instances and upon a request in writing establishing hardship and for good cause shown, waive, in writing, any requirements of this chapter.
