An application for a permit to construct a driveway shall be accompanied by a fee as provided in the General Fee Schedule and a drawing showing the location of the driveway and the location and size of the culvert. No permit for the construction of a driveway without a culvert will be issued, unless specifically approved by the Zoning Inspector.
