The consent of the Municipality is hereby given to the Ohio Department of Transportation to maintain the traveled portions of, to apply standard longitudinal pavement markings on, to erect regulatory and warning signs about, and to plow snow and place abrasives for ice control on, State highways in the Municipality, in accordance with standard practices of the Department.
