880.15 APPORTIONMENT OF FUNDS.

Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the purposes set forth in this chapter shall be apportioned to the General Fund. Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the purpose of improving police services shall be apportioned to the Police Services Fund, which is hereby established. Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the purposes set forth in this chapter shall be apportioned to the General Fund. Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the purpose of maintaining police services shall be apportioned to the Police Services Fund. (Ord. 2-15. Passed 1-27-15.)
