870.07 CONDUCT OF DRIVERS.

A driver of a taxicab may demand payment of the legal fare in advance and may refuse employment unless so prepaid. However, no driver of a taxicab shall otherwise refuse or neglect to convey any orderly person upon request anywhere in the Municipality, unless previously engaged.
