(a) Each person applying for a private sale permit shall furnish the following information:
(1) The name of the person conducting the sale;
(2) The address of the premises where the sale is to be conducted;
(3) The number of days of the sale; and
(4) The date and nature of any past sale.
(b) Private sales may be held only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
(c) A sign, not exceeding nine square feet, may be placed on or off the premises on private property, with the prior permission of the property owner. No sign shall be placed so as to present a hazard to motorists or pedestrians.
(d) Items for sale, display signs and other materials relating to the sale shall be removed from public view not later than 8:00 p.m. on the last day of the sale.
