There is hereby established in and for the Municipality a Volunteer Fire Fighters’ Dependents Fund Board, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 146.02, which Board shall administer the Volunteer Fire Fighters’ Dependents Fund established in Ohio R.C. 146.07 and which Board shall have such other powers and duties, and be constituted, as provided in Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
