246.07 FIRE FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established a separate fund to be known as the Fire Fund for the deposit of money resulting from the fire levy.
   (b)   All money hereafter collected as a result of any levy for fire protection, shall be deposited in such Fire Fund.
