246.05 REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES AND COMPENSATION.
   (a)   The Fire Chief shall receive a salary, as determined by the Manager with the approval of Council, and shall be reimbursed for expenses in an amount determined according to these Codified Ordinances.
   (b)   Other officers and volunteer fire-fighters, except members serving the probationary period and emergency medical personnel, shall be reimbursed for expenses, attendance and services rendered upon approval of the same by the Fire Chief.
   (c)   The reimbursement program will be approved by the Municipal Manager and re-evaluated and/or updated yearly as needed by the Fire Chief and the Manager.
   (d)   In the event of termination of an employee's services with the Fire Department, reimbursement shall be paid to the employee, or, in the event of death, to such employee's estate, after completion of the reimbursement pay period.
