Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 9.38 and Auditor of State Bulletin 99-020, all public monies received by the Municipality shall be deposited on the next business day following the day of receipt, if the total amount of such moneys received exceeds one thousand dollars ($1,000). All public monies received by the Municipality shall be deposited within three business days following the day of receipt if the total of such monies received does not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).
