509.10 NOISE; ADVERTISING.
   (a)   No person shall make, continue or cause to be made by the use of any horn, bell, radio, television, loudspeaker or by the operation of any instrument or device, any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises of such a character, intensity and duration as to disturb the peace and quiet of the community or to be detrimental to the life and health of any individual. No person shall willfully conduct himself in a noisy, boisterous or other disorderly manner by either words or acts which disturb the good order and quiet of the community.
   (b)   The use of bells, horns, whistles, loudspeakers, musical devices or other sound producing devices to advertise or call attention to the offering for sale of merchandise or services, or for other commercial purposes, is hereby prohibited, provided that this prohibition shall not extend to the use of such devices within an enclosed building, if the sound emanating therefrom is not so loud as to disturb the peace and quiet of persons outside such building.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
