351.13 TRUCK RESTRICTIONS ON FINDLAY.

(a) No person shall park any truck whose gross voluminar weight (GVW) exceeds 7,000 pounds on any part of Findlay Street except for delivery purposes. After such trucks have been loaded or unloaded they shall be immediately moved to a legal area.

(b) Trucks in excess of the GVW as mentioned in subsection (a) shall not be prohibited from traveling to and from their points of destination.

(c) Whoever violates this section has committed a parking infraction, as that term is defined by Section 355.01 of the Codified Ordinances, and is subject to the procedures, fines, fees, costs and expenses set forth in Chapter 355 of the Codified Ordinances.
