351.05 MANNER OF ANGLE PARKING.

   (a)   Upon streets where angle parking is permitted, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway as is indicated by appropriate signs or markings.

   (b)   Upon streets where angle parking is permitted, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle such that the distance between the closest part of the vehicle bumper and the curb is more than twelve (12) inches.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section has committed a parking infraction, as that term is defined by Section 355.01 of the Codified Ordinances, and is subject to the procedures, fines, fees, costs and expenses set forth in Chapter 355 of the Codified Ordinances.
