337.30 ENGINE BRAKING.

(a) No person shall use an engine as a brake when operating a motor vehicle upon a street, or highway within the Municipality by use of engine retarder in such a manner as to create, or cause excessive, or unusual noise.

(b) Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
