143.05 FIREMAN’S CADET PROGRAM.

The Fire Department may establish a Fireman’s Cadet program and employ persons for such purpose at the age of eighteen. A person participating in the Fireman’s Cadet program shall not be permitted to carry or use any firearm in the performance of his duties.
