143.02 NUMBER AND SALARY OF VOLUNTEER FIREMEN.

Members of the Volunteer Fire Department shall be chosen by the Fire Chief, in his discretion. The number of volunteer firefighters on the roster for any calendar year shall be established by the Fire Chief, with approval of the Village Administrator. Each volunteer firefighter shall receive training, gear, and compensation as determined by Council.
